old trials fanatic
Think you will find Bultaco UK , i have no connection with this company before anybody deletes this post, do a seat for the alloy tank and a seat to suit the plastic tank as the front is a different angle as ND has intimated above. bondy
it not the origanl seat its for a plastic tank from bultaco uk. its not the seat that the problem its the tank witch is not Quit forward enough to alow the seat to push under the spacer on the air box. i think its the tank rest hat the back there to bulky. i do have some thinner ones ill try them first i have an origanl seat on my other bike but thats got a fibreglass tank. witch works well. nigel dabster
you should start with no sponge under tank and fill from there. this keeps the seat tight in place.
bondy
should the seat go between the spacer Aand Airbox?
nigel dabster
Lay the tank on the bike and fit front bolt,m8. (no packing sponge under rear of tank) Push seat forwards pressing down at front so forks of seat fit under frame. Repeat adding foam till fit is right Edited April 18, 2012 by Nigel Dabster
