benbeta23
Dont believe everything you read, they might be better now but the team were all front and glossy websites.(I did say were) There was not one future bike at the WTC so if they were special they would be there surely? Before you make statements touch and feel the truth. The TRW Machine is better than the HM Bike everytime, And Know exactly how many mods they did with it And trust me that List isn't no where near to what the TRW bike is. There isn't any riders on them in the WTC anymore because Francesco Iolitta isn't riding the WTC this year, When TRW were the main sponsor for Future they had Dabill & Wigg on them in the World rounds, Dibs even got his first SSDT win on the 07 Bike. nigel dabster
I saw wiggys bike up close that year, it was 2008.
tricky dicky
Dibs won the SSDT in 2007 on the Mont so you are correct Ben. I think the Future bikes are pretty trick but if you have enough
trialsrfun
Does anyone have a photo of the Aprilia please, also is it known how special it really was. I know the rider is the key to success but the special engineering that make a factory bike is intriguing.
nigel dabster
Dibs won the SSDT in 2007 on the Mont so you are correct Ben. sorry to 100% clarify I was talking about Wiggy who only rode the TRW Mont in 2008.

rosey
What about Saunders Gas Gas '160' (or '200') that he rode in Scotland a while back?.... that engine was tricked up ..... as it was (at least) a 250! For real tricked up bikes How about the Yams that Andrews rode? Edited May 1, 2012 by Rosey

trialsrfun
This thread is brilliant, but how about some pictures of these bikes and their mods ? Thank you Archie Yes does anyone have any pics or maybe even better the lowdown on what made some of those bikes perform so well in the hands of a top rider. smalley250
Most likely Honda as of today. Yamaha gave us mono shock n Aprilla I think beat Beat to water cooled. Honda as always had the biggest budget and most investment hence the domination like it or not when interested in winning
02-apr
If you want "special" and clever ideas ahead of their time then Walter Luft's Puch would take some beating, closely followed by his KTM.
