pindie
A mate has an older 99 TXT 270 and the forks are pretty slack. He doesn't want to spend money on springs. Is there a quick fix to add more preload? Can it be done with the forks in the frame?
jandyb
No problem. Just put in spacers - or longer spacers if there are before. Can be done with forks in frame, but recommend to clean out the foks and replace the oil while he is at it. Not a difficult thing to do. -Jan
