hrc2002 Posted April 29, 2005 Report Share Posted April 29, 2005 I ordered some in from my local bike shop (road bike) which I dont normally do...but I figured he'd appriciate, and is probably more in need of my business then Sandifords. Anyway, I brought a renthal sprocket set, 42T on the rear, and 10T on the front, not exactly sure on the cost of the sprockets alone, but im guessing about Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The amount of teeth will vary from rider to rider, but Im guessing 10/40 is pretty standard. It was factory standard on the Montesa anyway. The amount of teeth will not really effect you depending on your experience and...well, riding class. I recommend a standard 10/40 personally.
