chewy
It may be just me being fussy , we been riding a lot here in S. France c.20 hours a week bikes are running fine however I would like to soften or stop the front brake from biting as hard as it does, is it just a matter of glaze busting the disc & pads I.v done that and get a slight improvement but fear it wont last...anyone found (would it be) harder pads than OEM or a lasting solution? petenz
reduce the surface area of the pads... cut some away.. cut them so the length is less.. retain the hight so you don't ware groove on the disc... mcman56
I used a band saw to cut an X across the pads and then rounded the sharp edge with a file. This reduced he initial "grabbyness" on my REV3. If you change pads, it should be for a softer pad like one of the organics.
