bigbiker Posted July 10, 2012 Report Share Posted July 10, 2012 hi, i have a beta minitrials 50 im going to start restroring. currently its little more than a rolling chasis, ive contacted beta-uk about getting bodywork sorted and i have a bottom end o the engine however to keep cost down can anybody tell me which bikes share the same engine? i looking on googleand it looks as though the ktm sx 50 shares the engine. currently i need the whole top end, cylinder, head carb also need clutch shoes kickstart mechanism and cover plus exhaust so basically - its a bit of a dog at the moment but would be nice to build something from it for my son who is trials training on a hire bike at the moment any info greatly apreciated Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The tiddlers classes tend to dissapear and only ever turn up as stored old dogs. It will be a test but I reckon you will get there. Have you emailed Beta and KTM to get the worst case scenario if you had to buy all the parts new? Once you know that (and the part numbers) you can go hunting.... ducati996 Posted July 13, 2012 Report Share Posted July 13, 2012 The beta mini trial engine is the same as ktm you should get all the parts you want from lampkins beta,there is complete mini trial engine on ebay at moment. good luck.
