proc
took ryan out on sunday for a bit of practice ready for this weekends oset cup. After 5 mins the motor started smoking then just stopped dead, stripped it down there was more mud and crap in there than was on the field, anyway cleaned it all out left to dry for a couple of days then rebuilt last nite everything was working fine till this morning, again 5mins on bike it's started smoking again he's only been on tarmac since. everything looks fine any ideas what it could be?? don't fancy it stopping after a couple of sections and having a bad tempered 4 yr old on saturday

proc
cracking bike bad design for motor though right infront of back wheel only had it since x mas didn't think i'd be replacing motor so quick! best hand over £100 for a new one then
gwhy
its a good place to have the motor believe it or not by being in front of the back wheel it helps with cooling ,its a sealed motor and there should not be anything in the motor that shouldn't be in there. If stuff got into the motor this will put undue stress on the motor ( maybe the bearings are totally shot ? )
proc
bearings all seem fine, been on it again today now thinking i put a bit much oil on chain and it was just that burning off made a flap now to stop crap covering motor will see how it goes over weekend
