bri8617
been out on my bike today, after a while i noticed my clutch lever getting really hard to pull in,eventually i couldn,t pull the clutch in enough to stop the bike or change gear.when i got the bike home i bled the clutch this seemed to free the lever up but after pulling the lever in a few times it goes back to being really difficult to pull in and will only move half an inch or so .any help would be gratefully received. heathy
Is it only when the bike warms up? my front brake did the same thing and locked up once it got warm, I just loosened the bleeder valve and let some of the fluid out, never had a problem with it since. Also make sure there is some play in the adjuster on the clutch lever. Edited May 9, 2005 by Heathy
colly
my sherco does this, i have to have lots of free play to get rid of it, the cause on mine is that the plunger goes to far into the master cylinder and makes a click then gets really hard to push in and on my gg when it did this it stayed in there. mine was ok on my sherco till my dad fell off. so you might of fell off?
