smokey125
I might be about to buy a 2000 rev 3, I was wondering what spares were like for the forks as they are the only year with USD forks?!? Any idea why they put them on for just the 1 year? Is there anything particulaty weak on these. I've looked through the forum and have seen about the stator/electrics anything else to watch out for? lineaway
They were available in `01 as an option, Mainly upside down forks were no longer the norm. Peer pressure in trials! Seals should be easy, springs probably will need replaced. The bike was real soft spring wise. Nothing wrong with it,upside down just was now frowned upon. Ps. make sure the front fender mounts are the aluminum ones, originally they were all plastic. They broke and the front end would wobble all over.
