cursed
5psi front and 3psi rear is a good start. I weigh in at a mighty 67kg, so I run 2.5rear and 4 front and I find it works fine. Any less and you risk damaging the rim and you don't really gain any advantage.

neilh
I've experimented with tyre pressures lately and gone down to 3psi in the rear. What I've found is the extra spread of the tyre has helped me with my balance! Just experiment and see what works for you.
