My old mans bike has started rumbling and on bikes he's had in the past he's been able to change them with splitting the engine, neither of us has done them on a Beta, any advice welcome!! paul w Posted December 8, 2012 Report Share Posted December 8, 2012 no, its a case split i'm afraid. that being said its easy, it takes about 2.5 hours to split the motor and replace mains and seals. to blow the budget stick a piston and rings in at the same time.
