uk_bikerboy
i have a 2005 Rev3-250 with a hole in the exhaust due to the back wheel bearings letting go on me. not sure weather to get a plate welded on or to buy a new end can. although i cant find one on the net at all?? thinking the welded plate may look a bit tacky, any ideas where i can find one? much appreciated... shercoben12
surley a silencer would not be too much? £150-200 maybe plus maybe if you explain to beta that the back wheel let go that they may sort you out cheaper or even for free? as ive heard of many free parts coming from them ben
nelly1
is it just a hole worn in the side of it if so i repaired mine by riveting a aluminium plate over the hole it worked perfectly and cost almost nothing

Also after a mudguard for the back as it is cracked slightly, thanks for the help all. Adam.
pindie
Use thin ally plate that covers the whole length and it will only show a seam at the top and the bottom. If its welded it will look factory finished. You will need a good ally welder though.
