jordi
Go to a decent Outdoor shop in your local high street. Plenty to choose from. Always wash it in a proper waterproofing wash liquid.
tankygsy
Look at the alpine stars trials waterproof top. It's lightweight and cheap ish. http://www.trialsuk.co.uk/categories/alpinestars-waterproofs
sando994
I bought an RST offroad waterproof jacket off eBay for £25. Very good quality and is definitely 100% waterproof. When this one wears out I will be buying another.

rallymadsam
I've said this loads - use mountain biking gear, trousers, jackets, gloves etc, similar duty use and movement needed, generally cheaper than trials specific stuff, less gawdy/lycra and much more freely available. pindie
I use a waxed cotton smock. Never leaks, lasts forever and thorn proof!
