francley50
Can anyone help me out, please? My Evo 2009 really needs new clutch, front brake and gear levers. Looking around the web it seems like it'll cost me about £15 each for brake and clutch (Grimeca style required not AJP) and £25 for a gear lever. Maybe I'm an old skinflint but this seems more than enough to me. Does anyone have any bargain lever recommendations, please? Many thanks. darrensn
Hi, you can fit raceline levers for £6 a side but they break easily, the apico levers around £8 are much better http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Raceline-Front-Clutch-Lever-AJP-Replica-Gas-Gas-Trials-/160853142337 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Apico-Forged-Silver-Long-Brake-Lever-AJP-Trials-Fits-In-Description-/360526336756?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item53f10b52f4 not sure on gear lever, £25 seems about right to me !!!! tjp
The Apico cold forged levers are fantastic, really durable, and will typically bend rather than break. Then with a little heat you can easily re shape them...... which is great for us folk on a budget

nigel dabster
If they are bent carry on if sharp you need to change quickly, they have ball ends for a very good reason.

pindie
True - If you learn to balance you won't need new levers. I've never managed it yet but I'll let you know if I do.
