Whilst this Ricky Gervais interview stays in my memory:- Which is where it will have to stay ! I reviewed my link to Youtube with Ricky and Michael and it meant anyone looking through it would have been subject to about eight 30 second adverts....it's not worth it...their tekkin the peepee now. So I'll just have to paraphrase Ricky's quote: "...So, staunch restaurant critic Michael, how much waiter's p|55 do you think you might have consumed over the years?.."
