frantic240
Hello. I am new to site and am doing up a 240 just purchased. It is 100% complete but has been stood for 10 years so needs lots of TLC. I have stripped the rear wheel assembly to replace tyre, clean and re-grease, but cannot remember the sequence of the various spacers ( schoolboy error - yes, I know!). Does anyone have a diagram or an explanation they can share? Many thanks!
grib
The stepped steel one goes in the LH side of the hub narrow end first (there sould be an oil seal that it fits in to). The long alloy one goes outside the steel one and the short alloy one goes outside the brake plate. If you PM me your e-mail I can send you the parts list which shows exploded views of the whole bike.
