Shirty then rode an '88 model (have pics somewhere of him on it at the '88 Irish World Round) so mustn't have stuck with the works bike for long, or was it just tarted up with plastics & disc brakes?? ludde Posted May 24, 2005 Report Share Posted May 24, 2005 saw you were talking about Johnny Andersson, if i can remember right he won the US championship with a RTL. i do know he disassembled his honda into bits and packed it all in suitcases and flew to the US. i think he switched to yamaha in 87 or something because i have a video from 87 when he is practicing with my dad and then his rides a yamaha ty 350.
