ask greeves
You might have to 'bite the bullet' and buy a piston complete, have seen them on e-bay £300 squidish. From recollection aftermarket pistons made by omega, doubt wether thier rings would fit a geniune piston though....so probably a case of payup and look big for a complete piston assembly. dabmeister10
Old ebay listing here http://www.ebay.co.u...5-/130555431621 , it's a long shot but he might have something left over. Not sure of the piston diameter but there's a Honda piston size chart here http://www.4-stroke....ston-size-chart , maybes the piston could be adapted to take rings from a different model if they were taller. I don't know much about these engines, only the TL/XL/CB 125 motors, did the RTL have a Nikasil bore? Just asking as I have read that you can't rebore them. Also, I believe that rings for Nikasil bores are not of the same material as rings for cast bores. jerry27
Thanks for the feedback.....Pretty much where you guy's have said. Have been offered a Omega piston and rings (yes, £300!), but have decided to polish barrel and rebuild with new valve stem seals and see how it runs!! Have been told there is an internet site in Spain that sells them but I cannot find it and my Spanish isn't great!!!! Jerry
