jackthelad98
Hi, Ive got a 2010 Beta Evo 125 and have just bought a set of S3 bar ends, but the the standard beta handlbars are too narrow to fit them. Help anyone?
bilks
Have you checked there is not a adapter on the bar ends for 2 different internal sizes,i bought a pr but were not s3's,at first i thought they were too big,but it turned out there was 2 plugs 1 over the other, remove the outer then they fitted,
0007
Mine never came with extra adapters, I made a little jig with a screw and a nut, put it in my drill press and hit it with a file Think it only needed a half mill removed

pindie
Slacken the gripper right off so the sloping pieces can separate more. That's all I did.
brenin
Hi, my Gas Gas 125 had the same problem. The internal diameter is 12mm, and on every other bar i can find (ie my Beta 250) it is 14mm, so things like S3 bar ends wont fit....i like the drilling idea, and will do that! pindie
Make sure you lay the bike over to tip the swarf out the handlebar after drilling. Be careful you don't scratch anything or drill on an angle. You don't want a bar snapping when you land of a big drop!
