trialskid125 Posted June 6, 2013 Report Share Posted June 6, 2013 Hello Everyone i was just wondering if because my trials bike is road registered it doesn't mean it's road legal does it ? because I thought you needed a horn a speedo meter brake lights and indicators. scraggydog64 Posted June 7, 2013 Report Share Posted June 7, 2013 My 4RT is road registered and is not road legal, like you say they need a horn, brake light etc. Some people register them so they can be insured easily even though they have no intention of using them on the road. A few years ago I registered a new Kawaski KDX 220 off the "certificate of newness" it was dead easy and the bike was not road legal. maxbikes Posted June 7, 2013 Report Share Posted June 7, 2013 just needs a electric horn,a battery one of a push bike will do.and speedo,dont matter if works,but legaly it does but who is going to know?if any lights fitted they must work,so take them of,and get a daytime mot.brake light etc not needed.
