retro Posted July 9, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 9, 2013 OK, I sliced the wire almost at the pickup & got fire. Now when it fires, it shears the flywheel key(4 times). axulsuv Posted July 9, 2013 Report Share Posted July 9, 2013 make sure the flywheel and crankend are lapped together correctly , and the keyway is only there to locate the flywheel , the flywheel is secured by the press/interference fit of the crank and flywheel with the proper torque on the nut. if it comes off without a puller something isn't fitting together correctly ...
