cota kid
I see Doug is now sporting a Airoh trials lid. Does anyone know who stocks them, what they're like and the cost. Thanks CK
subira
Don't know anything about his new lid, but its probably why he rode so well, 'Wearing a Yes is like wearing horse blinkers !' a quote from a National winning Gasser rider. cota kid
Thats where I've been going wrong. I've found out that they are not due into the UK until Feb 2004. Airoh are an Italian company who make road, MX and enduro helmets at very economical prices. Unfortunately I know nothing about the trials helmet except Doug has one. CK PS Rotosport are the importers. Edited January 9, 2004 by Cota Kid
stuessenhigh
ALOT of people here in Hong Kong wear Airoh road helmets...BUT..I've never seen any of my trials buddies wearing one. I know the road ones are very cheap here...so I'll be having a check to see if anyone is selling the trials ones.
the artist formerly known as ish
I have found when it comes to helmets, you usually get what you pay for, in 98 I bought two helmets at the same time one was cheap the other expensive, a shoei and a NZI, one went in the bin less than a year old, the other is still going strong. How cheap is cheap? buying three to one make them more expensive
nigel dabster
Only if it has a removable liner is it worth considering, imho.
kinell
Only if it has a removable liner is it worth considering, imho. Agreed, I bought a Hebo lid with removeable liner/pads last year. It's nice not to have a smelly helmet
