davidorothy
Just recently fitted this kill switch instead of the standard Beta kill switch. For some reason it has suddenly stopped working. Tried all the standard connections without any success. Any help would be greatly appreciated. hoggyf
Might be bing a bit simplistic here but. ... The kill switch is basically a switch in line which earths out to the frame You need to trace back your wires, one is effectively a supply to the switch (in) and the other (out) will connect to the frame. If you've got a multi meter, set it to buzz and connect one probe to the frame and the other to the cable above where it connects to the frame, you should get a buzz, if so it's good, now check it at the kill switch itself as we'll, now disconnect the supply (in) part and connect the probe to there and press the kill switch and if working it should, buzz. Hope that helps, it's hard to explain in words.
0007
Is it possible you just wired the ground to ground rather than the ignition to ground?
