lotus54
I've done a few long trail rides on the bike, what a blast! It works fantastic for the mountain trails an drought stuff. Last ride with with a group of good riders on single track- I didn't really have any issue keeping up. Plus I had it way easier on the difficult parts (none were very hard). If cold and doesn't start in three kicks, I push the kill button again and then it starts right up. The only time it doesn't start right up is when I don't kick it right. It does like a good brisk full kick. But it only has about 19 hours on it. I bent the brake pedal on something, now I can reach it. Hopefully the trials brake pedal will be here soon. I did 43 miles of single track and the low fuel lamp came on just as we got back. I think that is .7 litre left. But I haven't filled it yet to check. Have to time the whoops right, but it is so easy to wheelie that it is easier than it sounds. I really liked my 300, but this is so darn fun!!

lotus54
Update. 142 hours. Still having a blast on the bike. It has been very good. Around 100 hours I did need to reset the TPS- it was running rich and herder to start. A reset solved it. I broke a suspension link- but my fault. A few things I've learned. 1. I run a hotter plug, works much better. 2. Run A mud flap over the spark arrester (aftermarket). Mud will clog it otherwise. 3. Keep an eye on the fitting in the top of the main fuel tank cap. It can leak. 4. Fuel cap is still crap. 5. Clake 2 is fantastic! 6. Fit the trials brake pedal stock is horrible. 7. 100:1 Motorex has worked great. 8. Zip tie the one corner of the side covers, they won't fall off and it works fine. 9. Clean/lube rear suspension fairly often in the mud. 10. Keep an eye on the kick start screws. 11. Michelin x-11 Tubless with the Tubliss system works fantastic. 12. Check and replace AAA rechargeable batt in Easystart box. Loads of fun!
