toemoss
Hi, been riding off road for many years now. Played around on my '74 Sherpa but just recently rescued a '93 tyz from a barn in Tecate Mex. it was a filthy beast but all internals looked good so now waiting on some gaskets from Steve Goode and I can reassemble and ride it around. This site and it's members are a wealth of info. Cheers Thomas
wobblenorbed
Hi there, if I were you i`d take those hand guards off. A few years back I flipped a bike with a set of those on and snapped both wrists. Good luck.
tomch
Leave them on if you ride in thick bush or you will forever be slamming to a stop as the branches grab the brake or the clutch...
toemoss
The handguards were junk, theyr'e off I have guards on my WR for the desert but won't be needing them for riding where I live.
