zippy
It's a nice update for the Scorpa brand, but it seems like a "Sherco Clone" Scorpa has in the past been known as a good solid clubman bike that performs well and takes a beating. As we all know the "newer" bikes that are lighter and more performance oriented have a need for more upkeep. Will this update lose some of the robustness that the clubman riders want? Is the 280 (272cc) the only motor option available? And what the hell does the "Twenty" refer too? anything in particular or just a name they pulled out of a hat? But even after typing that, It does look the business as they say. any ideas on price?

t-shock 250
Isn't Scorpa around twenty years old now?
borus
Scorpa is twenty years old, Looks like different frame, plastics, fuel tank location, head and clutch/brake controls. Motor, wheels. bars & suspension look the same. As to "why" JMO The orange brand clones their bikes into Husky now. My guess is any manufacturer feels they will gain more of the market. Honda - Accura / Toyota_Lexus / VW_Audi etc

leg over
why? Why am I discussing Scorpa at 06.30am?.. or were you pondering the meaning of life?
nigel dabster
Why bother? The sherco is very similar with proven pedigree. unless its £500 cheaper who other than the odd oddball will buy one. My guess is they will sell less than the 4rt, and jotagas. borus
I'm saying two brands under the same ownership is common, Scorpa carries more models than trials, Sherco is keeping it alive and progressing for a reason.
