hi.

The front suspension on my sherco seems to be a little hard and only seems to go down about half way. Iv had a go at playing with the damping and rebound ajusters but nothing seems to make a diffrence. Could it possibly be too much oil in the forks or not enough? When the bike is sitting static there seems to be a small amount of play at the top of the forks when u pull the bars up..... any help is appreciated thanks in advance.

They will def bind up if too much oil in the right leg, like someone did not drain the damping unit before a refill, will be overfilled.

To use the quantity method the damping cartrage must removed and completely pumped dry then add 370ml in the right. Left takes 385ml.

This is for Paioli / Ceriani, Tech forks on later models is different on quantity.
