charlie prescott
Hi Guys Hi OTF Read my latest page on my web site. I had the first Cub out of the factory, 1963 OK. With side points. French Army had Square Barrels on there Cubs in 1964.OK. They should all be 199cc though don't you think??? And suffer with that abysmal energy transfer ignition!!!!!!!!??? old trials fanatic
Sorry then I bow to your superior knowledge Charlie. The memory must be fading it was so long ago. Perhaps the Bantams were all 4speed too with central plug heads? Funny I could have sworn they were 3speed in 1964. Oh well I must be mistooked. charlie prescott
Hi Gy's Hi OTF. Yes we all know the BSA Bantam only had three forward gears up until late 1966, that is unless they supplied , four speed versions to anyone living North of the Border??? without telling us. It might have been to help the telegraph boys, to get messages to people up there quicker???? Dont think it has happened though do you?? Regards Charlie. www.bsaotter.com
