bigmike1961 Posted February 9, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 9, 2014 Used the sherco site for the levels http://www.shercousa.com/pdfs/2006fork.pdf Used this site for the set up http://www.thehellteam.com/catalogue/c11/c27/c74 The right leg with the damper was the most trouble - difficult to get all the oil out. The damper rod stays attached but the tube slides down, pumping he damper seems to get most of the oil out. Volumes of oil given were too much so I went with height from the top of the tube. cactusjack Posted February 11, 2014 Report Share Posted February 11, 2014 (edited) You should always use an air gap when setting up forks as this gives you the most accurate measurement.
