grib
This may sound a bit stupid but I can't get the exhaust on to my 240, do I need to take the back wheel out & feed it in that way? (BTW I bought the bike in bits so have never taken the exhaust off either).

ask greeves
On twinshock 240 Fantics, take of cylinder head, pass exhaust into position, , but do not fit, replace cylinder head, by moving, juggling exhaust. Then move exhaust away from any particular headbolt , that your doing up, then properly fit exhaust into exhaust port. That's how I do it, unless YOU know better.
pbr
you can do by taking off the r/h shock, air box and feed it in with the end of the exhaust going out past the k/start. thats how i do it it works for me,i have had fantics for the past 25years. grib
Thanks guys, the only thing in the frame at the moment is the engine so I will try the RH shock removal method.
