If in the UK, we sometimes see groups from the same club, but not aware of anyone who organises these things specifically. It's not hard to sort out yourself really, though I'd give Corsica a miss this year unless you're minted as the price of flights was astronomical Belgium was the cheapest for flights of the ones I've booked so far.
