thehighlander123
Hi All, Question, I have a GAS GAS TXT200 year 2000. The clutch seems to be dragging on it for example when the lever is pulled in to free wheel the gear is still slight engadged as when I knock it into neutral it free wheels a lot easier. And when the lever pulls in if there is no weight on the bike it creeps forward. The nut on the lever is fully screwed out. What could this be? Doesn't affect the running of the bike but I'm sure it will put extra wear on the clutch.
guys
Could be a number of things. First that springs to mind is are you using the correct oil? I use light gear oil, for instance GRO Gear Extreme 75W or Putoline light gear oil 75W. ATF Dextron III is also very popular. But if you do a little search (top right hand of this page) you wil find a lot of info about your problem: http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/index.php?app=core&module=search&do=search&fromMainBar=1 Edited May 2, 2014 by guys
