lineaway
You need to measure the clutch pack for proper thickness. Go to gas gas motos and download a manual. http://www.gasgas.com/Pages/Technical/Pro/clutch-measurements.html
smarty156
If you push the silencer towards the wheel to get it more in line you'll be in danger of the tyre wearing through it.
mic
When i bought my bike it had a real bad clutch drag and i tested different oils and checked the clutch pack size etc, (there are a good thread about it here on the forum) all was up to spec, next i ordered a repairkit for the mastercylinder replaced it and refilled the system from the bottom up getting rid of all air and it works perfect.
