nige02
Hi All, I need to replace the master cylinder seal kit on my gas gas 2012. I have a couple of kits in the shed but I am not sure if they are the correct ones to replace my current seal. One of the packs has the AJP logo and the number 150.00595C, which I think is for the brake side. The other has the braktec logo and the number 150.00594C, this is the one I think is for the clutch. I pulled the old piston (I think that what it is called) out and it looks identical to the new one. Any help on this matter would be appreciated. Many thanks, Richard. crazybond700
Take the old one out, by removing the circlip (and handle or the small thingie inbetween with the spring and rubber cap). Make sure you dont lose the big spring inside. Put back in a new one and make sure there is enough fluid in it. You have thios one ? http://www.splatshop.co.uk/ajp-master-cylinder-seal-kit-9-5mm.html Than it has gg part number BT27722208 I would compare them, and if they measure the same put it in and go ride!
