scooterspal
Wondering how much air you folks add to the TLR200 forks? I have 3 pounds in each and that seems to be about right. Just a bit of sag. Maybe .75 inches or so. Mick Andrews says this is what he likes to see in his bikes. Very supple front with a bit of sag. Comments... suggestions? Rollox
Hi, TLR Reflex: no air, 5W Castrol synth fork oil and All Balls Racing tripple lipped red fork seals. I love this smooth fork action. Not for crosscountry but best for classic trial. Mick liked it too... Rollox
scooterspal
If you do not add any air are not the forks sagging quite a bit? Edited July 9, 2014 by scooterspal

It is more important that the bike works evenly front to rear.

scooterspal
Removing the air makes my front sag so I'll keep the 3 pounds. At three pounds I have a very smooth front end all the way down and it returns back up nicely.
