djdenzil
Has anyone seen the email circulating dealers regarding the position of GGUK on the fork leg coating issue and wear? Read it and then read it again, what the fook, no responsibility, special deal, £400, my a***, if the bike wasn't such fun to ride, fook up all and buy a Beta!! What about fit for purpose, for £6000, I'd expect something half fooking decent. Rant over.
monty_jon
Probably too much bad language to even consider getting a reasonable answer?
canada280i
what does the e-mail actually say about the coating?
copemech
I love this! GGUK did not build them, what are they? Marzocci? That is an Italian word for FU! And yes, they are still perfectly fit for throwing at rocks!
canada280i
I would have thought it was only an anodizing anyway so some wear has to be expected for the amount of sliding they do. I am sure the black ones on my ossa will be the same eventually Edited July 19, 2014 by canada280i
baldilocks
These are Tech forks copey as fitted to shercos. Std GG has Marzocchi which have always been fine in my experience
gasgas249uk
What do GG want you to do ? Clean them under the seal ?
lineaway
You have to read his original post. He let the front brake line rub on the fork leg.
john.b
Where does DJ say anything about the brake hose rubbing in his original post? I cannot find it.
canada280i
Yeah, I didn't get that from the OP either. This is just wear and tear, if not what next? Are manufacturers going to be expected to warranty the frame where your boot rubs the paint off?.....
baldilocks
Does the jotagas have the same issue ?
