cs9575
Hi there, I was out riding when my Sherco stalled on me. I started it no problem but needed to keep the RPN's high to get it back to the car. When the RPM's dropped it stalled. Now it flat out won't start as if its not getting gas? I pulled the in line fuel filter to see the flow and there is plenty. I changed the spark p[lug. Still no luck? Do the fuel pumps on these go bad? Any leads would be HIGHLY appreciated! Thanks.... dadof2
Rig up a gravity feed fuel supply and see what happens
cs9575
Ya I actually just did that straight to the carb bypassing the fuel filter. No luck....
dadof2
Is spark plug sparking both outside and inside cylinder. Need for high RPM to keep engine running can be a sign of air leak or source coil failing.

zerorev3rev4
possibly pilot jet blocked , or spark failing at low rpm
