diagnosis
I've recently picked a second TY175 (technically third...) to beat around on in the upcoming vintage trial series. It's been a fun process, trying to keep the build on a 'budget', which is quickly turning into a money pit!. I'm still enjoying it, and can't wait to ride this season.

brianrch
Some before and after 1975 TY175. I just wanted a Rider and to have the stock look and feel but I did add the aftermarket foot pegs. New tires, shocks, cables, motor reworked, and painted the frame and motor. Rides fine and amazing what it will do, just need to get the front brakes better. diagnosis
And another month or so later…. Exiting from a section at a trial last weekend; This build has turned out better than expected and am really happy with the results… so far!
RonH
That is absolutely beautiful. Nicely done! I bought a 1974 TY250 in 1975 and still dream about it. I loved that bike so much. I crashed it though and while in the hospital with scrapes and a concussion my mother sold it without warning. I didn’t even get the cash from the sale. I’ll hit her up for it though. 😉 Edited August 17 by RonH
