johnmartin247 Posted September 16, 2014 Report Share Posted September 16, 2014 Hi and welcome jonnyp22, first thing that you should do is find a trials club near you, then go along and speak to the guy's there. Then find out what is involved in buying a second hand trials bike from the club members who i am sure would be happy to help you. Other than that, if you want to go out and buy a bike then make sure that it belongs to the seller and that it starts and rides o.k. johnmartin247 Posted September 16, 2014 Report Share Posted September 16, 2014 You can check the the frame number has not been tampered with but more about the seller is he legitimate, can he give you history of the bike, proof of ownership etc, invoices for parts or work done, just the same checks that you would do if you were buying a road bike. cheers John.
