scorpa3
The regs will be available shortly for the OK Supreme Long Distance Trial. The event which is a round of the ACU Trail bike championship, will compete over a 75 mile course starting in Moreton in Marsh on Sunday 25th September. The route will include both trails and long sections of private land not normally open to traffic. Aimed at trail bikes, the OK supreme will include 30 sections set out on the Cotswold hills, which will be ridden without inspection, so will therefore be wide and straight-forward. Last year the trial was won by Steve Venn on his Pampera 250 from Cheltenham, who completed the course for no marks lost. The best rider on a 400 fourstroke riding a DRZ Suzuki, lost just eight marks. The entry fee will be

scorpa3
Well done to everyone who finished the trial. We were so lucky the forecast rain held off. In the end, the special test was the decider with J.Page taking the win. One of five riders who defied the course setters and stayed feet up. G.Hannam lost three to win the British class with Tony Graham topping the rwin shocks and Caroline Everett best lady. Excellent days riding. Special thanks to everyone who worked so hard to stage the event. Although the top riders made the trial look easy, no less than 20 riders dropped 50 marks or more. Five lost over 100! Different start venue next year but same amazing Cotswold views. Regards Pete
