old trials fanatic Posted November 15, 2014 Report Share Posted November 15, 2014 cutting of the tread not allowed the ACU handbook is quite clear on tyres and what is and what is not allowed. As tyres are THE most important part you will fit on your bike it is important you get it right and that it's eligable. BTW Kinlochleven is no different to any other trial and if you think the only scrutineering takes place at the start then you are most definitely deluded. Just need to know what is permitted so I can plan ahead if needed The only TRIALS tyres NOT allowed are tyres without tubes. I presumed you are going to fit a trials tyre?
