Its something I'm wanted to do for a long time, in fact at the back of the shed with a verde frame I have a set of Climber suspension & wheels.... It's not hard fact obviously, just an opinion, but based upon what little I know, I don't think it is a bike built for Ossa UK for one of their riders. With regard to being a MAR frame, I can't see it, as based upon the number of changes that have been made to make it very different from a MAR, some of which would have been unecessary, why would they have?
