iconic558
Ok this was present before my stripdown but it seems aliens have abducted it and are most likely probing it as I write....really frustrating oodles of bits in oodles of bags, all labeled up and you know tbe rest! It's the bearing which the brake pedal sits on and acts as the securing nut too having an internal thread. Martin doesn't have one so at the moment and this is a job stopper...if anyone can help both my SWM and myself will thank you. b40rt
If you haven't discovered a friendly machine shop, nows the time. Give them the pedal, bolt and let them do the rest.

pschrauber
Best way to do: - make a small drawing what you want, take with you some photos of your bike. - then go to your next local locksmith in your neighborhood, tell him what you want, show him the old bike, give him your drawing, apology for all the inconvenience, that should work. Also if you have "other bikes" a call to your bike workshop were you go to for service should work too, mine does ridiculous things like these flat rounded SWM bolts, weird bushes and spacers if they have time to do so. p@ul250
Give Greens Motorcycles in Beccles, Suffolk a try. They have done machining for me in the past (bushing brake plates, turning axles, spacers and rebores). Not only do the Greens love building bikes but also love rebuilding traction engines. http://www.greensmotorcycles.com
