copemech
Jeez lad, must you really, and with an unknown guts in it? How much? I have a good one with little use I can send if needed. The cables are a bit different length as well unless you modify the adapter off a dellorto which is a pain, so the correct cable is best.
shercoben12
hi cope, haha i thought they would all be the same pretty much except different jets and slide? its on an auction site for £40 something but going up alittle... can you message me if its gonna be reasonable ish price Edited December 8, 2014 by shercoben12
baldilocks
Ben a slide is about £60 so if thats not a 3.5 by the time you buy jets cable fitting etc you would be better off with a new one off splatshop. Also you need a fitting kit for your bike as the reed block on your bike is too small a diameter and too short. Trial and enduro were doing a good deal a while back on the whole kit and carb. What you trying to achieve?
digger144
ben see me at saturdays club trial,I have just what you are looking for. splat shop sorted keihn carb & cable will go straght on + raga reed if required
shercoben12
ok, coming to that so sure, who are you though haha? yeah fair enough its a pricey little thing so might aswell do it properly... looking for cleaner low end and more mid/top power. was mint at gest club trial just lacked slightly on the big hills. read on splatshop you can pop it straight into standard block but its a struggle and restricts flow because its not at correct angle, obviously being a 125 this gonna effect it significantly. am i right? any one used the jitsie adapter? raga block is too expensive for me
taffe
Hi Shercoben, I took the Keihin off my 125/200 Sherco and fitted it to my Gas Gas 250 Pro using the Jitsie adapter, seems to work well. Cheers Taff
nigel dabster
Dont think a kehin will give a 125 gasser a cleaner bottom end, defo more top.
taffe
I find my 2012 250 pro easier to ride than the 125 in regards to power delivery. Taff
copemech
I find my 2012 250 pro easier to ride than the 125 in regards to power delivery. Taff And that's because it is 250, with real torque! On 125 it is all revs and go! The bit larger carb may do a bit more, but they are a pain for the conversion and I would not recco unless possibly for a top rider! Are you hearing, Ben? taffe
Good on ya, my 125 had a 200 kit on it and the Kiehin carby and I fitted a top dollar shock, it was really a pocket rocket. My mate ( Beta 200) would not ride it. I actually de tuned it so I would enjoy riding the tight stuff more. Even my mate started riding it more.
