burns1989 Posted December 26, 2014 Report Share Posted December 26, 2014 U may find the chain is catching the frame if a bearing goes I would have thought it would be rough at full rotation . Take the chain off and rotate the front sprocket and make sure it rotates smoothly there will be a slight big of resistance but should feel the same all the way round . burns1989 Posted December 26, 2014 Report Share Posted December 26, 2014 Ok could be in between gears . Pull out the seal behind the sprocket and see if there is any isues with the bearing . But I gues a full strip down is called for . You could be unlucky and have some gear isues or a bush has gone hard to tell with out seeing it.
