Basic rule ... Set bike on ground . measure static travel . Have a buddy support you on bike and another measure travel . Get suspension travel specs for your bike , You want to set up preload so your weight uses about 1/3 of total travel ... Then play with dampening adjustments and oil weight from there . But start with how the bike is STOCK ! you don't weigh that much ... and we all want different from our bikes .....

Take your time , learn the bike at stock settings , and then play with the adjustments , unless the suspension is screwed up already , stock will work fine until you can use/feel the minor adjustments available to you ...

Glenn ; Enjoy the ride ...

The Beta owners manual has the starting points for your weight. The front forks spring preload (left) should be ten turns in. They leave the rear to your choice. The earlier Revs had the rear spring compression. Seems it was 105mm, but that was long time ago for my brain. Good luck.
