fivebrick
When turning to the left, full lock or close to it, what do you do with your right foot? Assuming the knee is way out as I have been taught it should be, where is the foot? Real question I'm getting to is, is the foot still in position on the rear brake or not? Or depends? Any experienced riders have some insight? I have tried to get that knee way out and still have the foot close to the brake but it's hella tricky. rob214
you must mean while going down hill? no need to cover the rear brake on flat or uphill. it will hinder your body position. i can't do it, maybe gumby can but i can't. rob
michael_t
If you are full lock you are probably not going fast enough to need the back brake.
lineaway
Sounds like you have yourself all twisted up. The weight should be on the left foot, so the right should move freely. Also it sounds like you are over exaggerating the move (which I am sure that was how you were taught) and now you feel like a pretzel. Keep at it, but you should be loose and free. Good luck.
