Also rear disc don't linr up in middle of calliper. Think its spacer to long which has worn disc bad, what size fits as its 17 inch wheel. Can't help about the disc, but it could be a warn space, or spacers in the wrong way around; i.e. left side on right side and right on left. It could also be a missing washer. I did the Beta Clutch fix: http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/topic/28407-the-beta-clutch-fix/ On my lads Beta 50. It took quite a while, but I was able to take out half the springs without any consequences and it made the clutch much lighter.
