motovita
Don't make the mistake of assuming that new parts can't fail. Good luck.

lineaway
I had a similar problem yesterday on a bike that I rode the previous weekend that ran great. It would not start and when it did, ran a short time. Turned out the seat for the needle had come loose. I am not saying, that is your problem. You need to make sure it is getting fuel. Vent good, petcock good, Floats good, needle and seat. All carb vents clear. You get what I mean?

lineaway
This is the time for a clear float bowl. You might not have enough fuel in the bowl.
bestrcpilot
Right after it stop running, pull the plug and check for spark. A coil breaking down will give spark when cold and as it heats up, will short out and you lose spark. Cools down and then will spark. furse
Seems it was the HT coil, tried a new one and it runs fine, even put the old one back on to check.
