arfur
So I've managed to split the intake spacer between the carb and cylnder block. Does anyone know where I could purchase one? Alternatively is there a heat resistant glue that i could use to repair it? Doh, Doh, Doh....

arfur
Thanks P@ul250 Perfect, I'd found a site in spain but a UK one is much better. It's 1978 Cota 247 that I have.
trial_007
Hi Arfur, try vallmoto they have one http://www.vallmoto.com/tiendas/en/montesa-cota-74/3894-goma-carburador-cota-74-247-ref1862320-.html 18 euros. I was also going to ask what bike he has, but I just see it in another section, he has a 247! (Like me!) Put some pictures up Arfur in the "show us your monty" section Cheers Shaun
arfur
Hi Shaun, That's the Spanish site I found. I'm in the UK so will give the InmotionTrials a call on Tuesday. I'll put some pictures up too. Thanks for your replies.
bigshineybike
I have an Enfield bullet, it uses the same rubber mount. I use the Enfield more often than the Montesa. The rubber split and I took the rubber from the Mont, that split as well. At the time (two years 3000 miles ago) I cleaned and superglued ( ordinary stuff from a pound shop) the split tube together. The difference now is that I made up a metal bracket to stop the carb wobbling around so much.
